Is there a dress code?
As diverse are the people living in Germany, as varied is the way people dress. There are few occasions that demand for a specific dress code, such as work places, weddings or funerals. In everyday life, women and men dress the way they feel like.
Be an onion
The weather may change quickly within a couple of hours so it is advisable to dress in layers, like an onion. In winter, tights or long undergarments are often worn underneath jeans. Also, wearing a top, T-shirt and pullover on top of each other is a good idea. This way, the layered look is also cost-effective.
